Ok, these are stories you read about in hunting magazines!

Below is a buck found dead in a creek in 2008 on Wade's uncles ranch just north of Lake Ray Roberts.  If you look at the picture he looks massive and old.  However, when they aged him he was only 3 1/2!  Who would of thought of a deer that giant in that area!

John's nephew Austin and his nieces husband Brandon were out pheasant hunting north of Lubbock on 12/23/08 and while walking the field stumbled across a dead buck.  Aged at 9 1/2, The buck had apparently died of old age and was pretty decomposed.   Austin capped the deer and brought the rack back to the house.

It has 14 points with a kicker right in the middle of the head, like a unicorn.  It has 6" bases and was only 16" wide but the mass and length more than made up for it.  The quick unofficial score was 150 plus.  Check out the pictures below...
